On the day of your photoshoot, excitement and nerves can easily make you forget something important. But with a little preparation, you can make the experience smooth and stress-free, and ensure your photos look their best.

1. Extra outfits and options

Even if you’ve chosen your main look, bring one or two additional outfits. This gives you variety in style and a backup in case something doesn’t feel right.

2. Comfortable shoes

If your session is outdoors, you may need to walk a bit to reach the perfect spot. Bring a pair of comfy shoes for walking, and switch to your styled shoes just for the photos.

3. Quick touch-up items

A hairbrush, basic makeup, lipstick, compact powder, or tissues. These little things help you stay polished throughout the session.

4. Accessories that reflect your personality

A hat, a special necklace, a scarf, a book, personal items add meaning and help tell your story.

5. Water and light snacks

It may sound simple, but staying hydrated and having a quick snack can make a big difference, especially in longer sessions.

6. Positive energy and openness

This is the most important item of all! A photoshoot is about celebrating yourself, your story, and your journey. Bring a relaxed mindset, a smile, and allow yourself to enjoy the experience.
